User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Spordle Inc. ("Spordle") and you ("User", "you", "your") to govern your use of Spordle Solutions, including access to the Spordle ERP Platform—which comprises Spordle iD, Spordle Play, Spordle Page, and the Spordle App—as well as any related services (collectively referred to as the "Services"). By accessing, browsing, downloading, or using any part of the Platform or Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, including all referenced policies such as the Privacy Policy and Conduct Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

The Spordle ERP Platform ("Platform") includes Spordle iD for participant registration and identity management, Spordle Play for scheduling, team management, and league operations, Spordle Page for public-facing information such as schedules, scores, standings, and stats, and the Spordle App, a mobile application for team collaboration, communication, real-time updates, and personal sports management. The Platform is accessible via web browsers and mobile applications (iOS and Android). Some features are free; others require a paid subscription, such as Team Plans in the Spordle App.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You must update this information as necessary. The Services are not intended for children under 13. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may manage members, such as family or team members, within your account, provided you have legal authority to share their information. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

Basic access to the Platform is free. Certain features, especially within the Spordle App like Team Chat and advanced team management, require a subscription. Subscription terms, billing cycles, renewals, and cancellations are governed by our Subscription Policy. Payments made via App Store or Google Play are subject to their respective terms.

The Platform synchronizes data across web and mobile. Users consent to real-time updates, including schedule changes, notifications, and communications. Spordle may integrate with third-party services such as Coach.ca or league systems. Spordle is not responsible for external services' performance or policies.

By using the Services, you consent to receive push notifications via the Spordle App and email communications related to your account, schedules, and platform updates. You can manage notification preferences in your account settings.

You are responsible for all activity under your account and any content submitted. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, respect intellectual property rights, and follow Spordle's Conduct Policy. Spordle disclaims liability for misuse of content, including training videos or sports drills.

Spordle may suspend or terminate access at its discretion, especially in cases of policy violations or inactive accounts for 12 months.

Spordle is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Services.

When downloading the Spordle App, you also agree to the terms set by Apple Inc. and Google LLC. Subscriptions via these platforms must be managed through their respective stores.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montreal, Quebec.

Spordle reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

Spordle may monitor and act upon violations, including reporting unlawful activities to authorities. Report violations to [email protected].

Accounts may be terminated for repeated violations or copyright infringement. If you believe your rights have been infringed, contact [email protected].
